June 3, 2019 - On the basis of our constitutional complaint on 03.06.2019 (Ref.: 2 BvR 841/19), the Federal Constitutional Court issued an interim injunction against two decisions of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt that we challenged.
As a tool of provisional legal protection, the temporary injunction also prevents the creation of fait accompli in the constitutional court proceedings until the decision in the main action.
